We lead our recruitment Assessment Centers by using the LEGO® Serious Play® Methodology, an innovative communication and problem-solving tool that enhances participation and decision-making. Through different questions, each participant builds their own 3D model representing ideas or solutions. These constructions become the basis for group discussion, analysis, and evaluation of competencies. This approach allows us to identify key skills through the models, such as analytical thinking, conflict resolution, strategic vision, teamwork, leadership, proactivity, relationship management, communication, openness to learning, development of potential skills, among others.
